What is your turn-around time?

For most personalized items, orders can take up to 10 business days. Let us know what you need and when you need it, and we can accommodate you where possible. Keep in mind that turn-around time varies by promotional products and rush fees may apply.


Do you create the art or can I bring my own art?

Whichever you prefer! Our awesome graphic designers are here to bring your ideas to life or simply prepare your existing artwork for print. Feel free to bring in a high resolution vector file or just a rough idea for your design.


How many items do I need to buy?

It depends on what you are looking for. Embroidery, blank items and vinyl custom products have no minimum. Screen printing has a minimum of 12 (unless it is for an athletic team) and promotional items vary.


How do I get an order started?

Call, email or swing by! If you have never visited our store, we recommend you come by and see our one-of-a-kind showroom floor and talk to a sales specialist to help you get started. If you know what you’re looking for, feel free to call or shoot us an email with the specifics and we’ll get you started.


Do you take orders from individuals or businesses and how do you accept payment?

We accept orders from anyone and everyone! Schools, government, and other organizations can pay with purchase orders. Businesses and individuals can pay with cash, credit card, or check.
